Position: Consultant

Location: Bangalore

Exp level: 3 to 5 yrs

Qualification: BE/ Btech, MCA

Required Skills:

1.Must have good Educational academics. Must be an Engineering graduate with first class.
2.Candidate must have 3-5 yrs of experience in Software Quality Assurance in an ISO 9001:2000, CMMI Level 5/3 certified company.
3.Should have worked in SEPG/SQA function with good CMMI Level 3/4/ 5 IT organization for minimum 2 yrs.
4.Should have good understanding of all phases of SDLC and usage of models like CMM and/ or CMMI framework Process Definition, Facilitation and Implementation
5.Metrics analysis and statistical techniques

Desired Skills:
CSQA Certified

Responsibilities:
Assisting PM/PL in establishing Project plans, Standard and Procedures for the project
Conducting Software Process Audit and Software Configuration Audit
Adapting a proactive approach in detecting and sharing an opportunity for improvement from project audits and reviews
Contribute towards continuous improvement of QMS
Identifying weaknesses and gaps in the Software Engineering process and facilitating the process improvement
