Worked as SQA in CMM / CMMI organization

Process consulting to project teams - Training on process Project reviews and audits through the life cycle of the project.Metrics data collection and analysis for deriving Process Capability Baseline Leading Casual Analysis meeting Six Sigma experience will be an added advantage. Capable of handling SQA functions for projects and ability to ensure that departmental members adhere to established standards and processes via reviews and auditDetailed understanding of various software life cycles, Conduct Process TrainingAssist Project Manager in Process Tailoring from the established process.Ensuring Process Compliance Proactively from initiation to Closure. Review Project Management and Engineering Artifacts and report process Compliance and Issue to management. Conduct Internal quality audits and Configuration Management audit. Coordinate for Periodic data collection, consolidation and metrics Analysis. Conduct Milestone Review and Causal Analysis meeting.Identifying weaknesses and gaps in the Software Engineering process and facilitating the process improvement. Knowledge of Agile Methodology will be PreferredCertification: CSQAwill be preferred.Domain: Telecom and Embedded domain (Preferred)
