Reports to the Portfolio Test Lead
Manage a programme comprising of smaller testing projects, working with all relevant Test Management Functions to deliver the change
Help manage interfaces across the different suppliers on programmes
Ensure adherence to testing governance materials

Responsible for developing the Programme Test Strategy ensuring it is updated and baselined to reflect changes to the project risk profile, schedule, testing processes etc.
Coordinating the testing resources and activities for the Programme projects that are defined in the Test Strategy.
Manage the testing conducted by Third Party Suppliers' ensuring it adheres to the Programme Test Strategy, that it is executed as planned, that support is provided to them for problems encountered and that evidence exists to verify their results.
Reviews the Test Environment Specification and Coordinates with the Test Environment Manager to ensure the test environment requests are booked in advance.
Manage defect process for the programme ensuring the process is followed and correct priorities / severities are assigned.
Planning all entry and exit criteria reviews, and documenting the outcomes
Constantly reviews the test progress and reports to the Portfolio Test Lead
Managing all testing risks conducting regular reviews, documenting and communicating to the Portfolio Test Lead.
Escalating testing issues and concerns to the Portfolio Test Lead.
Managing production of metrics as defined in the Programme Test Strategy.
Assessing the impact of changes on testing and feeding back to the programme of impact analysis
Reporting progress of testing to the Programme Test Manager and Portfolio Test Lead.
Management of all test assets for the programme
Responsible for the quality of all testing phases
Responsible for signing off all test results and all test phases
Provides feedback to the Portfolio Test Lead on the vendor performance
