What do you mean by "good testing results"? Also, is your topic title another question for which you seek answers?

Good results are a product of efforts throughout the software
development life-cycle. Good results are a result of the efforts of
many:
System Specifiers, System Architects, System Designers, Capacity Planners, DBAs, Developers, and so on.
LoadRunner is but one of many tools used in certain ways to determine how robust those efforts were.
