§ Performance Testing Test/Module Lead with overall 7+ years of IT (Development + Testing) experience in that atleast 5+ Years of Performance Testing Experience using Loadrunner

§ Experience in working with clients as single client interfacing role – onsite at US, Europe
§ Experience in business domains such as Banking, insurance, Healthcare, Media ,Telecom and Entertainment.
§ Creation of business proposals for IT services in the areas of Software TestingTesting/Engineering
§ Experience of performing medium to large consulting assignments in the area of Software testing, IT delivery, Performance Testing/Engineering for global IT

groups.

§ Experience of leading and delivering at least 2 projects in the area of software performance testing.
§ Exposure to leading Performance Testing tools such as LoadRunner, Performance Center, Rational Performance Tester and others. Exposure to open source

Performance Testing tools would be definite plus.
§ Software Development experience on Windows and Unix platforms and development of Web applications and Strong exposure to technical skills in Web, ERP,

Programming skills, Database skills, computer networking knowledge is a plus and Performance

§ Lead and Carry out Performance Testing practice assessment of durations ranging from 4-8 weeks for large to medium enterprise clients
§ Design the roadmap for setting up of Enterprise wide performance testing
§ Lead assignments involving performance testing due diligence and pilots for setting up Performance testing
§ Develop and present Performance Testing Approach and Methodology to various levels of client managers – from operation level working group to business
decision makers.
§ Develop estimates, financials and technical proposals for providing performance testing solutions to enterprise level clients.
§ Mentor and train internal resources to take up the roles of Performance Test consulting.
