Desired Profile :

• Expertise in IBM-Rational Test Manager
• Have good knowledge of SDLC & Testing Strategies
• Sound knowledge in performing Assembly, Functional, Regression & Deployment Testing
• Experience in execution of automated test scripts using WinRunner, Rational Functional Tester
• Experience in preparing test data and setting up test environment
• Worked on SQL database
• Coordinate efforts with the client team to complete project deliverables and testing support
• Manage team of offshore testers and provide direction to ensure on-time completion of deliverables
• Ensure quality of deliverables (defects, scripts) delivered
• CSTE/ISEB/ISTQB Certification and Certification in any Testing Tools would be advantageous
