Job Description

	We offer customized software development outsourcing services for companies 
	across the globe. We specialize in providing wide range of IT solutions

	The preferred candidate would be responsible for:
	
	Planning, developing, 
	testing, and documenting computer Applications.
	Evaluate user requests for new or modified computer Applications to 
	determine feasibility, cost and time required, compatibility with current 
	system, and computer capabilities.
	Write manuals for users to describe installation and operating 
	procedures.
	Assist users in solving operating problems as well as analyze, review, 
	and alter Applications to increase operating efficiency.
	Identify training needs and develop training modules to meet business 
	needs.
	Programming in .NET; create Crystal Reports and SQL Queries.
	 
Desired Candidate Profile

	REQUIREMENTS


	Requires minimum 1-2 Years experience in case of Jr .Net Developer & 3-4 
	Years in case of Sr. .Net Developer


	SKILLS


	• Strong experience in ASP.NET using C# / VB.NET with MS SQL 2000 & 2005 
	reporting service.
	
	
	• Experience with database development and design using 
	one or more major DBMS tools from a .Net Environment 


	OR


	Experience in design and administration of large databases
	
	
	• Working knowledge of .Net 2.0 & 3.5 features - like SilveLight, LinQ, 
	Share Point,AJAX etc.
	• Expertise in developing different types of Web applications including 
	n-Tier architecture and Web based business logic.
	• Must have good communication skill & willingness to learn
