		Job Description
		The role is in charge of . developing 
		and programming EDC trials for global Vaccines Development clinical 
		trials, Phases I to IV, by setting up eCRFs and programming associated 
		edit checks and data variable mappings for data extraction based on 
		specifications provided by the Clinical Data Coordinators; . programming 
		trial specific and ad-hoc reports within the EDC system; . performing 
		thorough development 
		testing (point-to-point) and deliver EDC trial packages and 
		reports that are ready for User Acceptance
		Testing; . 
		preparing and maintaining validation documentation related to the trial 
		and report development phase, reviewing user requirement and provide 
		input on technical aspects; . coordinating Clinical Data Management (CDM) 
		activities for several protocols and CDM projects.
	
	
		Desired Profile 
		Desirable degrees: A Bachelors or 
		Master degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer science, Life 
		science, or Engineering. Languages: English, excellent spoken and 
		written. Experience: 1 to 3 years experience in development of clinical 
		trial databases and/or reports, or other relevant programming 
		experience, preferably related to pharmaceutical industry. Possess the 
		following knowledge/experience: Good general computer skills EDC builder
		software, 
		preferably Inform with Central Designer or Architect Relational 
		databases Database reporting tools, preferably COGNOS Familiar with 
		clinical data and validation methodology Good interpersonal and 
		communication skills and the ability to operate effectively in an 
		international environment Good problem solving skills
