Debugging is correcting the issues in the code by going through it and it is done by developers.
Testing is verifying the external output with specification. |

Debugging is a methodical process of finding and reducing the number of
bugs, or
defects.
In general, testing is finding out how well something works.In computer hardware and software development, testing is used at key checkpoints in the overall process to determine whether objectives are being met.
