Skill sets:
Must have manual and automation testing expertise for both web and client-server environment under windows environment
Must have experience with WinRunner/ QTPF/ Load Runner/ Silk Test/ Silk Performer
Must have automation experience with Silk Scripts.
Must have experience for preparing test cases.
Must have experience for preparing test cases with automated testing tools.
Good knowledge of Testing patterns and Testing styles
Good knowledge of Test Scripting Languages, SQL, C
Good knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle
Good knowledge of RDBMS
Knowledge of basic HTML and JavaScript is an added advantage
Qualified candidates will help in hitting target release dates for current projects.
Should be an excellent team player having a go getter attitude, with excellent communication skills, and the ability to maneuver any task to success

Technical Domains:
Mandatory:
Real time work experience in WinRunner(atleast 1 year)
All Manual Testing Skill sets as listed above

Functional Domains:

Web Application testing: Preferably in dot net environment with database preferably SQL Server 2000
Non-Web Application testing
In both cases, the experience on the preparation of test cases is a must
