 Associate

  Experience   4 – 8 years of
 experience in performance testing.

  Tools           
 Experience on any one - Load Runner, Silk Performer, QA Load, Web Load,
 Rational
 Performance Tester, Open STA, JMeter

  Role            
 Should have good exposure to Effort Estimation, Strategy and planning,
 Project
 Management and Delivery management skills along with scripting and
 result
 analysis exposure. Should have strong
  Technical focus and
 exposure
 to Java or .Net should be added advantage.
