TietoEnator is looking for Test Manager for Indian Software Centre in Pune. The person will be responsible for Setup a software testing practice catering to the Banking & Insurance domain

Responsibilities

·         Setup a software testing practice catering to the Banking & Insurance domain

·         Build capability in terms of people, competences, tools and systems

·         Manage operations catering to multiple product lines and customers

·         To analyze and forecast competence, people and infrastructure requirements

·         To make hiring and training decisions

·         To plan and execute projects for meeting customers’ testing requirements

·         To manage customer relationships

Technologies and methodologies:

·         System tests on enterprise grade mission critical applications

·         Test automation tools

·         Load & Performance testing tools

Competence

·         Excellent knowledge of English – written and spoken

·         Excellent communication skills
