  8+ years test experience, with at least 2 years performing the role of test manager preferable in a telecom domain 

Experience of working in challenging projects with demanding deadlines 

 Experience of risk based testing 

Experience of producing Project Test Strategies, Planning Project Test resources, Producing regular project test status reports 

Experience of managing a test team

 Experience of Unix, Relational Databases, Middleware and distributed architecture 

Strong communication skills (verbal, written, including presentation skills) 

People skills – good people integration skills 

 Experience of test planning, tracking and reporting using Mercury Quality Center / Test Director 

Experience of the offshore delivery, support and test model 

Test Environment Delivery and Management 

 Experience of automated testing
