Establish different kinds of Dashboards for Developer, PLs, PMs, DMs,
BDMs and Business heads to review the project and process performance
baselines easily online; 

  	 	Desired Candidate Profile

Good knowledge on Engineering tools - Requirements Management, Code
Analysis - Static + Dynamic tools, Rational Tools, Test Tools,
Configuration Management Tools, MS Project, Customer 

Sat tools, Dashboards, Defect Management Tools - like Bugzilla

Programming, Database

 SQL, VB, ASP, HTML

Working knowledge of Software Engineering and Project Management processes

 Communication, Interpersonal, Consulting, Facilitation, Leveraging skills

JAVA, C, C++, .Net

SEI CMM, Software Metrics

Exposure to ERP - like SAP, Oracle
