  		-Experience with test tools and test methodologies such as functionality, white box, regression and ad hoc testing. 

-Experience in QA test automation. 

-Platform Knowledge: Linux, Solaris and Windows. 

-Full lifecycle experience, from product requirements refinement to final shipping software product. 

-Be able to interact with development and communicate defects by direct interaction and through bug tracking tools. 

-Be able to create and execute test cases.

  	 	Desired Candidate Profile

		-At least 2 years of experience as a software test and quality assurance engineer in software companies. 

-Excellent written and oral communication. 

-Should be a strong team player. 

-Knowledge in Linux/J2EE technologies is an added advantage. 

-Knowledge in using Silk test tool.
