          Familiarity with relational databases, preferably Oracle and/or SQL Server.

 
          Experience with object oriented programming and design techniques

 
          Knowledge of design patterns, re-factoring and unit testing

 
          Understanding of code manipulation and optimization issues

          Excellent application development and debugging skills on Windows OS
