Test Strategy
The Test Strategy is the plan for how you are going to approach testing. It is like a project charter that tells the world how you are going to approach the project.

Test Plan
A test plan is a systematic approach to testing a system such as a machine or software. The test plan defines the objectives and scope of the testing effort, and identifies the methodology that your team will use to conduct tests.
