Test Lead (Automation) – 3 Positions

Technical Skills

  · Programming knowledge in C++ / VB / Java would be preferred but not mandatory

Automation:    

· Develop framework
  · Author test scripts
  · Review test scripts to ensure adherence to standards

Other Criteria

· 6+ years of experience in software testing
  · The candidate should have lead 4+ member team for the last one year
  · The candidate should have excellent written and oral communication skills
  · Should possess excellent interpersonal skills & team management skills
  · Knowledge of any test automation tool
  · Knowledge of SDLC and software testing concepts
  · Knowledge of ISO and CMM processes
  · Ability to prepare test strategy and test plan
  · Should be able to guide the team and track their activities
  · Should have worked in any test automation tool at least for a period of 1 year
Job Location: Chennai 

Senior Project Manager 

Primary Responsibilities

  1. Conversant with all Project Management tools and Techniques
  2. Prepare and maintain project plans
  3. Manage client communications
  4. Conduct regular review meetings on a weekly basis and report the status to the client and organization.
  5. Participate in client specific proposals
  6. Maintain >4 CSAT Ratings
  7. Adhere to Quality processes and ensure all deliveries are quality checked.
  8. Provide timely and correct project reporting
  9. Maintain correct metrics data
  10. Provide required support & guidance to the project team (s)
  11. Perform day to day coordination with Project Managers, Project Leads and Onsite Project

Prerequisite Skills

Ability to

  1. Should have exposure to Healthcare Domain
  2. Should have very good exposure to DSS
  3. Should have managed atleast 50-75 resources in their previous assignments
  4. Should be proficient in using Project Management tools & methodologies
  5. Communicate effectively with clients and/or employees of the organization
  6. Represent and communicate with a diverse population
  7. Maintain professionalism and confidentiality with proprietary information
  8. Knowledge of basic HR policies and principles
  9. Well developed people skills

10. Strong working knowledge of current market technologies, an
understanding of software development lifecycles and understanding of
quality assurance practices, principles and methodologies is
required.      

Experience in the areas mentioned below

  1. 5 years of Project Management
  2. BI & DWH
  3. Oracle, Pl-SQL
  4. Unix/Linux

Qualifications Preferred : BE/MCA with minimum 12 - 15  years of experience
