Job Description
Communicates with the stakeholders, understand the requirements and develop test cases
Work with the dependent teams to review the test cases and execute them during the release cycles.
Configures environments to execute non-functional tests like load and soak tests and performance validations
Log defects and tracks them to completion by providing enough information and replication/isolation steps.
Work with the US counterparts closely to maximize the results
Contribute ideas toward the enhancement and/or modification of designs to improve the product.

Desired Profile
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field of study
Minimum 2 year of programming experience in Java
QA/functional testing experience
Demonstrated competence with automated testing products (Mercury and/or Segue).
Experience with Windows, Linux, and Solaris, including scripting
Proven ability to create test scripts with the ability to interpret test results.
Very good written communication skills
