oExposure to IS09001, CMMi: about 4 years work experience
oFamiliar with CMMi guidelines is must.
oMust be familiar with Metrics and measurements for development, maintenance and Testing projects
oAbility to engage with middle and senior management
oHas experience in defining processes required across the organization
oHas experience in tailoring / Customizing processes for a specific client / project
oHas experience in defining, collating and interpreting metrics
oHas ability to coach the delivery teams for process improvements
oHas ability to work independently as well as with a team.
oHas excellent communication (Oral, Written & Presentation) and interpersonal skills.
oHas good working knowledge on MS-Tools (Word, Excel, MS Project and Power Point) is must
