          2- 2.5 years of Experience in Testing.

- Preferably on Web based applications ( working knowledge of IBM Websphere, Tivolli Access manager, XML).

- Ability to analyse Functional Documents and design Test Scenarios, Timelines, metrics.

- Should be able to lead and mentor junior Team members.

- Provide constructive feedback to Team members on Test asset review and Test Executive 

        Desired Profile 
          Good Testing and Automation skills.

Excellent written and oral communications.
