Designation     Test Manager

Job Description     

    * To manage a team of test operators who would be involved in trouble-shooting as well as performing daily test activities on mobile handsets.
    * Continuous development of test competence within team of test operators.
    * To analyze the fault history of the defective product for future corrective and preventive actions
    * Ensure calibration of all test and measuring equipments.
    * Ensure all test apparatus and their correct configurations.
    * Ensure and carry out daily test activities with high quality and high efficiency.
    * Identify effective methods to solve different test problems.
    * Trouble-shoot of faulty products at various stages of testing, systematic categorization and analysis of faults for corrective actions.
    * Support in maintenance of hardware and software of all test systems

Desired Profile     

Technical skills:

    * Minimum 3 years of experience in testing mobile phone software and field testing
    * Familiarity with operations on cellular phones
    * Ability to interpret and explain checklists for testing procedure

Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications(Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Behavioural skills:

    * Good analytical and problem solving skills
    * Ability to articulate project details understood for & from customer
    * Ability to lead and manage a 15-20 member team of test operators
    * Good oral and written communication skills
