Job Description
The Quality Assurance team plays an integral role in the product development process. As a Test Engineer, you will work closely with the product management and software development teams to ensure the overall quality of our FW/VPN/IDP products. You will help design and execute test suites, and report product's defects in order to maintain and enhance the product's quality. Specific responsibilities will include applying networking and information security knowledge in testing design and execution, usage of industry standard products such as vulnerabilities scanners, and attacks generating tools during the testing cycle. In addition, you will design and implement networking environments and security procedures and policies, which will simulate customer's environment.

Desired Profile
2+ years of experience as a Test engineer for networking and security related products.

Must be familiar with any one or more of these security technologies such as Firewalls, and IPS (Intrusion Prevention Systems), IDS,Ipsec, SSL, VPN, Cryptography, NAT exp.

Networking experience, TCP/IP, layer 7 applications familiarity such as HTTP, SMTP, SNMP, etc.
Network devices knowledge such as switches.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, start-up environment where action and initiative are prerequisites to survival
Experience writing test suites and test procedures at the black box and system test levels
Understanding of regression, integration, Interoperability, system level and
stress/load test execution
Experienced in a mixed Linux/UNIX and Windows environment
Ability to anticipate problems and issues then recommend problem solutions
Good interpersonal and problem solving skills
Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field with at least 2 years of work experience in software quality assurance
