          Essential:S/W Testing experience in web based development Good Analytical skills.

Desirable:CSTE/CSTM

Preferable:Proficient in using Automated testing tools like
QTP/winrunner ;worked in a Waterfall/ Iterative SDLC CMM/CMMi assessed
environment. Should have module lead experience for handling team of
testers good electricity board or utility automation or industrial
automation or utility experienced persons can also be consider. 

        Desired Profile 

*BE/(Electrical/Computer Science)/ MCA with good academic
record;Diploma holders with Excellent Academic record and exceptional;
experience in Electrical IT applications for Domain can also be
considered.

*Good team person -with a flair defect identification and prevention.
