Topic: QA plan - For a product based company

Hi all,

I
had joined my company as a Sr. QA Engineer and now I have been promoted
as a QA LEAD for 10 QA's in my team and there is challenge for me to
get with the new process of quality ie., my company is not an ISO or
CMMI certified so, we have to work towards to get the certification and
my manager sits in USA. So, I have to take up the initiative to provide
all the documents and plans for getting filed to one of these
certifications. Hence, I would request you all to help me in building a
process and need all the related info for ISO or CMMI company
certification.
