Do drive test of customer complaint area, assist RNO engineer to do the trouble shooting

Requirement

Engineer Skills

More than 2 year drive test experience in GSM/CDMA/UMTS (According to project technology)

Strong technical skill of drive test, acknowledge with common DT tools

Able to attend customer complaints and solve the common issue

Able to do choose the proper DT route, record and analyze DT data.

Able to analyze coverage, handover, interference, call drop and solve these problem, but not limit to these network problem

Tools:

One Drive Test vehicle with UPS

Laptop/Engineer

Desired Candidate Profile

Must be a engineering graduate with 2 years of experience in Drive Test. Willing to work in Chennai. Working knowledge on Tems is must.
