		Job Description
		Job Summary:·
		Testing/designing 
		the workflow This mostly entails
		testing of 
		the pipeline and making sure that it is clear and easily modified for 
		new organisms.
		Responsibility:
		· Skills needed: For
		testing- 
		Familiarity with BRSApp and ability to modify XML files
		· If any pieces are found to be missing or buggy, then knowledge of 
		.NET (specifically VB.NET) and SQLServer will be necessary (the code is 
		written in VB.NET and SQLServer Stored Procedures)
		· Implement any new Model Organism database filters
