You can use any cross browser testing tool (e.g the web2test web testing tool) and record a test suite containing checks (functionality, user interactions, layout ...) in a supported browser of your choice. After that replay the test suite in the other browsers and see whether there are any errors.
If you also want to test different versions of the same browser (e.g. IE 6,7,8) I suggest you create a virtual machine (e.g. with VM-Ware) for each browser version.
