Candidate should have required To assist the quality head to initiate and implement a total quality orientation and environment. Total and direct responsibilities for SEPG. Conceptualize and implement practices for process introduction and orientation. Ensure SLA's linked to customer satisfaction through process and quality factors. Strong familiarity and Ops exposure to change management, quality culture, process implementation, total quality systems, CMMi and various Metrics. Certifications like Six Sigma, TBEM, MBNQA, CQA etc will be helpful.

Candidates should be BE/MCA/ME from a reputed institute or university.
