Job Description

Candidate should have experience leading a team
Candidate should be responsible for leading multiple project work streams simultaneously
Candidate should have excellent written and communication skills. Have the confidence to interface with management.
Extensive knowledge and experience with performance testing and methodologies using automated testing tools is an absolute must.
Good experience in writing Test plan document, test cases and results reporting.
Analytical and systematic approach to the preparation and maintenance of QA related documentation.
Experience with automation testing tools such as Rational robot, QTP, LoadRunner and Test Director and exposure to automated testing environment is an added advantage.
Experience with ORACLE SQL and databases preferred.
High level of motivation and the ability to work independently as well as collaborative
Strong analytical skills, excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

Total Industry Experience must be minimum 4+ Years.
Relevant Experience in particular technology should be above 3+ Years.
Good Written & Verbal Communication Skills, Team Player, process oriented and good attitude.
Should have excellent communication skills.
