What is a good test?

According to me a good test is:

1. we deliver a Quality product meeting all the requirements.
2. Able to handle all negative cases.
3. Able to handle all error handling / recovery  cases.

Is my assumption correct or any more to add

	almost.. good test is to find the error... it help the it service secctor to deliver quality s/w product.. expect the unexpected condition..
