SkillSet : 

* Hands on lead experience . 

* Having good knowledge of Software Testing Methods and Testing Techniques. 

* Knowledge in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) 

* Experience in Functionality Testing, Regression Testing 

* Experience in Test Case design-,Test Data Creation-,Test Planning-,Test Strategy Development 

* Some experience is automated testing . 

* Experience in Defect Analysis and Reporting.
