Topic: Test Case Management software

Does anyone have any recommendations regarding Test case Management
software that isn't Quality Center (test director) or any of the other
more expensive alternatives. We are looking for something for a small
test team for under $500. I have tried the trial for a couple (Testlog
by PassMark and QA Traq)
