Topic: Anyone record against OFA app?

Anyone in the financial space ever successfully record against an OFA (client server) application?

I can't seem to get one of the protocols in LR 8.1 to record against it.

It's a VB front end using SNAPI to the Oracle express server.

Mercury support's less than helpful.
Any other forums/ experts you'd reccomend?
