hi,
I'm trying for a software testing job. i'm working in an Govt Organization which is completely Electronics based and moreover i'm from the same background. but i'm intrested in software testing. Is it necessary to have experience in software testing to get a job?
please give me proper guidance.....

hi ayisha,
if ur a fresher then no need for exp,do u have knowledge of testing, if not do some coursr on telecom testing and some projects ,gain exp . then apply for jobs |

If you r fresher not required otherwise u need 2+ exp dont it is easy to learn and to get job.
