Topic: GetText doesnt work on HtmlColumn?

Is there any way to get text of the HtmlColumn, as Gettext() isnt working for HtmlColumn.

I
have a Specific present in one of the HtmlColumn, its not getting
identified as htmltext under that column ...its weird tat its not
happening in my case.

whats the method i need to use to get the text of that column.
