Yes, we perform true Usability testing with a product called: Morae from TechSmitch located in MI.
It is a wonderful tool and reasonably priced. We have been performing Usability Testing for going on about 2 years now and it has been a HUGE success with the clients, developers, and Project Managers. Bascially anyone who goes through the process becomes a true believer! Thekid shouldn't mock what he doesn't understand or try to understand.
