As a QA Lead you will be responsible for following and recommending Quality Assurance procedures and ensuring that your team of 8 to 12 testers provide testing that is consistent with company's exacting quality standards. You will be responsible for monitoring the team performance and assuring that the right team spirit is maintained throughout the team.

Primary Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain project plans as per the QA work priorities for both the regular QA and local launches.
Maintain the QA process in effective manner of the project from start to end.
Provide timely delivery of all the reports.
As test service for the programming department, provide testing expertise and support to the programmers and production coordinator's
Assist with the creation and maintenance of the procedural documents that pertain to the QA department.
Carry out scheduled plans and provide feedback to the Producers/QA Manager/Technical Leads/Production coordinators on the ongoing test schedule/project issues.
Assign work to QA Floor Leads/QA Testers according to the work priorities.
Focus on continuous improvement of QA.
Monthly review of the Testing team for their performances.
Grasp functional requirements and integration points in order to design a comprehensive QA strategy and mentor team members.
Act as a strong motivator who guides his team to achieve Quality Assurance standards.

Role Requirements:

Strong interest in gaming.
+18 yrs of age.
Prefer Graduates or equivalent.
Sharp attention to detail.
Strong Time and Task management skills.
Demonstrates proactive problem identification and solving ability.
Strong technical knowledge and familiarity with various wireless platforms (J2ME, BREW, Windows Mobile, etc.).
Excellent interpersonal written and oral communication.
Aptitude to learn quickly and effectively.
Demonstrated basic PC knowledge and familiarity with MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint).
Must be self motivated with a strong work ethic that can work with limited supervision.
Team Player.

Additional Skills if applicable (added Plus):

Hardcore gamer.
Previous Testing experience.
Knowledge of Mobile & Mobile gaming industry.
Experience and familiarity with multiple gaming platforms and genres.

Location: Hyderabad, India. Travels to other locations may be necessary to fulfill your responsibilities.
