Topic: Test Cases Management Tool

Our company is thinking of getting a test cases management tool and so
far Test Director is on our list for further evaluation. The license is
quite expensive though. 

As
we wanted to evaluate a couple more tools before we make the final
decision, can anyone please suggest a test case management tool that
you think is the best?(please include the pros and cons of the tool you
recommend)
