Topic: Canot recored Web Dialog Box

Hi 

Currently
I am evaluating QTP 9.2 for our java application. Very beginning I am
having problem with recoding popup dialog box and its child dialog
boxes. 
Process what I did
Open Out web application and select
the link to open the dialog box, and open is child dialog boxes, but
QTP only capture my main web application only.
 Did an y one experience this problem. 
I
spoke with tech support for QTP and they said, they are not supporting
SWT. Our developers said those dialog box have nothing to do with
Swat's. I am confuse her .... Please provide your knowledge.
