HI iam a quality analyst .my
main job is to auditing,defect analysis,validating phase closure.i dont
have any s/w technical skills,but iam aware of iso 9001,cmm,cmmi.i
would like to shift to another company.will be that be difificult
process,considering the fact that i lack any kind of technical skills
