QA: quality assurance. the main responsibility is to decrease the
defect through attend the process of anlysis/design/development, so it
need a process that go through the whole software development life
cycle and supported by the other team such as design/dev.
QA should detect the potential defects and help the dev to decrease them in the earlier phase of the software development life cycle QC:Quality control. the main responsibility is to detect bugs and report them to the developer. QC help the developer to decrease bugs before issue the product.this offen process in the last phase of software development life cycle.
