Topic: Can Test Director handle events?

I am interested in having Test Director respond when an event occurs.
What I'm trying to do is to have Test Director start processing an
installation script when a build is created. I would like to have the
build process send some indicator to Test Director to let it know that
the build is completed. I don't know if there is a way to have Test
Director poll for this event.Has anybody ever done this before or know a way that this could be done.
