Topic: Web site functionality testing. Posted: 02May2007 at 12:32am |
Hello:
I'm not new to testing but I'm new to website testing. Most of the tests I run could be done with a smart monkey, unfortunatley I don't have access to one. Any tips on web testing (no load, functionality)? I must be missing something because I'm bored, the testing appears to be too easy. Post Resume: Click here to Upload your Resume & Apply for Jobs |

You say "web testing" and then add "no functional." Will you not be doing functional
testing on your Web site? If not, what kind of testing are you doing? If you are not doing load or functional testing with Web sites, I can see why you are bored. It would be real helpful to know what types of testing you do. (I am assuming you are referring to link testing and possibly file size testing.) Then it would be helpful to know what else you want to do. Do you have forms that you need to test? Do you have data driven ASP or JSP pages? Etc., etc., etc. |
