Job Description
Position: Manual Testing Professionals

Location: Gurgaon

Education: A bachelors /Master's degree in CS or MCA and significant history of ongoing education and training

Experience: 2-5 Years

Skills:

1. Understanding of the complete Testing Processes and prepare all required documents (Test plan, Test Strategies, Risk Management Plan, Issue query Log, Requirement Trace Matrix, Test Cases etc.)
2. Raising relevant & matured queries (only technical). Escalate all blocker / show stoppers / concerns found during testing to reporting manager

3. Understanding the domain & applying the knowledge effectively
4. Understanding the test data requirements and prepare the complete test data before the application is received for testing
5. Understanding the requirements for Enhancement or new application development and prepare the test cases.
6. Identifying the reusable Test Cases and adding them to the Data Bank of test cases for future reference
7. Identify areas of testing which can be automated. Apply automated testing tools in testing (at least one applicable area).
