Topic: Not getting a Job

I am glad to know that you are in the interview panel and also working as a Tester for some  years in IBM Bangalore now ,.....I am myself trying to get an opening for myself in S/W Testing.....could you pass on some useful testing questions which are asked in Organisation of the Level of IBM.........ALSO can you look at my resume and inform me whether it is well formatted!.............I need help and counselling from exp. guys like you.........

Despite all my efforts including UNDERGOING A 3 MONTHS COURSE IN SOFTWARE TESTING AND AUTOMATION I AM UNABLE TO GET AN OPENING IN TESTING!.........FOR AUTOMATION TESTING .....IS IT NECESSARY TO HAVE A BACKGROUND IN DEVELOPMENT!
