Does anyone know if I can configure TD 7.0i to e-mail the weekly defects to multiple people on an e-mail distribution?

You can send them as a group or as an individual email dependant on the setup you create
witihn the Mail attributes. ie for groups, after you create a project, then create mailing rights within that project from the customisation screen. You are able to nominate that all defects that equal a particular status (ie open) are forwarded to a selected list of users. If the defect is another status (ie retest) then another list of defined people will receive an email. And so on. If you wish to send just an individual email to a particular user you can use the email facility from within the Defect Manager. |
