Introduction to testing with WinRunner
WinRunner sits between the operating system and the Application Under Test (AUT). It records all the actions being performed on the application and generates equivalent code in TSL. So the next time we run it WinRunner replays all the actions on the AUT automatically without any user intervention. Apart from this WinRunner also can check the properties of all the objects and windows very fast and accurately. For this reason we go for automated testing with WinRunner.
