Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Test Engineer who has done significant Testing of Telecom billing applications.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Analyze user stories.
-Design clear and concise test cases, test scripts, and defect reports.
-Design and perform exploratory testing beyond documented test cases.
-Execute test cases and document results.
-Regress resolved bugs.
-Enter and maintain bug records in a defect tracking Database.
-Work with development to troubleshoot bugs and other technical issues.
Desired Candidate Profile
1 to 3 years of Telecom Testing or Telecom billing testing
Requirements/Use case analysis, Test case development, Test Plan development, and Defect recording and tracking.
-Experience with Linux / Unix Operating Systems.
-Experience with web server technologies Tomcat, Apache, Weblogic, and IIS
-Database experience, preferably Oracle
-Experience with SQL query writing.
