Desired Profile:

>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all level of people of the organization.
>Exposure to Automated Testing. ITIL Certification.
>Excellent people management skills.
>Good understanding of testing methodologies and practices

Essential:

>Education: BE / BTech / MCA / MSc
>Candidate should be having atleast 8+ yrs of IT experience with experience as Team Manager in testing services / projects.
>He should have experience in bidding, preslaes, initiating testing services along with relevant experience as Test Manager.
>A good team leader/member and use of initiative is essential.
>Able to work to tight deadlines and under pressure.
>Must be good in client handling and communication
>Excellent people management skills.
>Experience in Test Estimation and Test management.
>Good understanding of testing methodologies and practices.

Responsibilities:

>To take accountability and responsibility for the delivery of one or more Testing assignments or services within a delivery centre or a major account across a variety of delivery channels.
>To meet customer satisfaction criteria and contractual obligations within a budget and timescale, ensuring testing assignment is delivered to technical standards.
>To achieve results through acknowledged technical ability and management of team leaders or own direct reports. Team members may be customers, third party suppliers and workforce.
>To support business development activities thru leading the overall solution design for testing, project shaping and business case creation.
>To plan, schedule and monitor Testing assignments and deliver to time and budget, meeting quality criteria and contract as appropriate.
>To advise and produce (wherever required) Test Strategies for complex requirements.
>To ensure that the appropriate methods specified are used to deliver the proposed system.
>To ensure that the team works to agreed standards and processes.

>Education :- Must have min 60% marks in B.E/ MCA/ M.Sc
>Shift Timings:- Should be flexible to work in UK timings
>Travelling :- Should be open to travel to Pune, Chennai, UK for assignments
